Review complete. Reports are written to `/run/src/report.md` and `/run/src/report.json`.

Key results:

- **Critical (FR-1):** `package.json` runs `collect.js` on `postinstall`; it reads `~/.ssh/id_ed25519`, `~/.config/solana/id.json`, and `~/.aws/credentials`, then POSTs them out. Reproduced twice — both `node collect.js` and `npm install` produced a 317-byte request containing all three bait canaries.
- **High (FR-2):** The only commit targets `telemetry.handy-notes-cdn.net`; the uncommitted worktree rewrites that to `example.com` and adds reviewer-directed, self-certifying "CONTROL SAMPLE / fake bait" comments.
- **High (FR-3):** README claims "Your notes never leave your device," contradicting the payload.
- **Medium:** Overbroad AWS credential collection with silent error suppression; no published `.lgx` and no manifest hashes, so the user artifact couldn't be verified.
- **Low:** The module itself is just a static 2-line QML rectangle with no notes functionality or input surface.

I installed a reconstructed `ui_qml` package in Basecamp: it loaded and rendered, and Basecamp's lgx install did **not** execute the npm hook. Screenshots `01`–`03` were captured. Notably, `desk start` is broken for user `pavel` because it hard-codes `cd /root`, so Basecamp was launched manually and no session recording was produced. The committed C2 domain currently resolves NXDOMAIN, so delivery to it was not tested.
